Tottenham were beaten 2-1 by Bayern Munich in a sold-out friendly in Seoul, suffering their first defeat of pre-season.
Having enjoyed victories over Hearts, QPR, Vissel Kobe and a K-League XI so far in July, Ange Postecoglou’s side came unstuck against Bayern in front of 70,000 fans. Gabriel Vidovic and Leon Goretzka were on target for the German giants, with Pedro Porro’s long-range strike no more than a consolation for Spurs.
