Everton are close to signing Iliman Ndiaye from Marseille after agreeing a €20m (£17m) fee for the former Sheffield United forward.
The 24-year-old is understood to have agreed personal terms on a five-year deal having attracted interest from several other Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace. Everton are expected to pay an initial €18.5m for the Senegal international, with a further €1.5m in add-ons.
